My creative mindset, combined with my background in entrepreneurship and innovation, has shown me the same challenge again and again. Creators aren’t held back by a lack of talent, but by systems that take control away from them. Algorithms decide visibility, platforms own the relationship, and monetization comes last. I believe this can be changed by building better structures — ones that support creativity, reward consistency, and give creators real ownership of their work.
In my own life, I’m driven by the question of how to become the best version of myself. That journey is shaped by my passion for golf, strength training, and yoga, as well as a deep love for my family. I also have a background in innovation, entrepreneurship, and sales, and I’m currently studying Gestalt therapy — a field that reinforces my belief that meaningful growth comes from working deeply on ourselves.
The VojVoj project is bold. And I like bold.
